I Need To Focus

Let me tell you...spilling hot (just made) coffee all over your hand at work is NOT a very good idea. Ouchie-oh-wah-wah!

I've been thinking alot recently. That's hardly a new development, but i do. And I've got lots of conclusions.

I got some things to sort out and think on. But the things i've been wasting my energy on are not worth it really. And it's slightly heartbreaking. Knowing you have to completely turn everything on it's head to make things right.

So, that's it really. I'm giving up the emo. I have new things to concentrate on. Just have to learn HOW to concentrate on these things. It's harder than it looks. And i'm not wasting my time and energy anymore.

So... today is wednesday and i can't wait for the weekend. not like anything eventful is happening but friday is pay day so at least that means i can go shopping. But boo because I also got bills to pay.

For I Am Plagued

I have colds and it's awful. I got this headache, runny nose and dry cough this morning.. then add nausea to the list. I was so tired when I lay down in bed, the amount of mucus that accumulates causes all airways to become blocked and thus forth sleep just isn't happening. It is possible for the plague to sweep over someone in one day. Apparently it is , I checked the bible. And we know that's all truths. I just sneezed five times in a row. God damn I must be one hell of a looker right now.

Real Immature People Leaving Comments

I was just over on VampireFreaks (VF), where I've been a member since 2002. The page is very well done and is a great way to introduce people to VF. The site has improved now, the last time I checked, it looked so disorganized. I like how VF have to entice their members/visitors to check out the real deal. So kuddos to Jet!

So I decided to go through some of the new industrial Gothic songs/sets. I commented to some threads there and read comments to see what other members have to say. There were many sweet people who had nice things to say. Some comments were brief, while others were more descriptive. However, there were many rotten apples in the bunch. i'm not surprised by the level of maturity of some of the people leaving comments. There were a lot of rude comments such as, "He's a moron", "Stupid" and such. In one batch of comments, a feud erupted amongst some of the people and they were slinging mud with comments such as, "You suck d*ck," and "F*ck off!" Dang! But you know what.. there used to be nice mature people from that site, but now the site is crowded with tons kids. Hahaha.

So, I was reminded that it is unavoidable that you'd be getting harsh comments from immature people who visit your blogs, right? Wow. I forget how stupid some people can be and that, for many, their development was probably arrested at high school. Other people are just plain assholes and enjoy giving grief. I don't get some people... they would hate some sites, and yet they keep on coming back.

If you don't like the site you've stumbled upon, go somewhere else.

All I Want To Do Is Sleep

I am run down. Like never before. I just want to sleep. I just want to lie down, and sleep for hundreds of years, like Sleeping Beauty. She had a pretty sweet deal there. Except I'd be sleeping weirdo.

I could live with that though.

Or maybe I should have been born an animal that hibernates. Like a hedgehog.


But hedgehogs can't internet. Oh no. Maybe a smart bear would be more to my liking. I'd quite like that actually, because when people pissed me off I could do a big bear roar, and scare them right off. Except I couldn't talk if I was a bear, I like talking.

I also like typing gibberish. Hehehe.

Bradgrier recommends that I should try installing Odiogo for my blog. I think it's quite neat for bloggers. It takes any blog entry into speech and lets your readers listen to your posts in place of reading. Te-he. Pretty cool. I've tried talkr.com but that was crappy. I might try Odiogo soon.

I heard my cousin who is just behind me say "double u" (W) instead of "dub-yu". I corrected him 3 times because I'm not used to hearing it. This annoys me really.

I'm Going Bananas

I have a massive lazy day since yesterday. 'Twas my day off.. well that's because yesterday was Thanksgiving Day in the States. I'm bored bored bored. All I did was to sit and watch tv and sleep and be a slob. But it hasn't gone to plan. I cleaned my room. Hurray! lol. Though I had no plan to play with it, and I'm going crazy. I'm really bored. So I asked Hec if he can watch a movie with me later but he has a game after his work. gggrr. I wanna watch One More Chance hahaha. Kidding, I don't watch those kind of movie.

Manners Mean A Lot

I hate people with no manners. If someone gives you something, you say thank you. If someone invites you somewhere, you don't expect that invitation to be revoked without being told. Manners you see, are clearly something not to be overlooked. Let me tell you this, if I don't get a "thank you" soon, you're about to see an angry me. It's not pleasant. Manners people. Don't overlook them.


Also, hear me say that condescending people suck! No one is better than anyone else, folks. I will punch you in the throat if you say anything trying to boost the ego you have going for yourself in your little fantasy world. Assholes.

Insomnia

I REALLY need to develop a better sleep pattern.

I told myself this morning that I was going to sleep no later than 10am (yup, I work at night and sleep at daytime)...I didn't actually listen until almost 1pm. Needless to say, I woke up maybe 3 hours after that. Ugh, I get so mad at myself...I've ALWAYS been this way for 2 months now. Hopefully tomorrow marks Day 1!

Beowulf

Hec and I just watched Beowulf, it's the 3D screen version (or shall I say CGI?) of the Old English epic (an epic poem) that was brought to life by cast and crews. The movie is good but it would be more of a blast if played by real, flesh and blood actors. I'm impressed with the work of technology. This is what happens when directors have amazing computers and have lots of money that they are sooo bothered about the latest toys. My Mom finds the movie lifeless and unmoving. Well..she watched the movie on Sunday with some of her students (my Mom is an English literature teacher) and she has her own side comments when she arrived home hahaha. Oh geez I'm sooo like her..I'm her "mini-me". But I still recommend that you should watch the movie, it's still a popcorn flick ya know hehehe.

Rules Of Thumb

I made this up.. my few basic rules of schmoozing. haha! Stick by it and you'll be alright!

1. Make jokes but make sure they're clear and not poking fun at the person you're talking to... eeever!

2. Don't ever criticize somebody's work in any way whatsoever, even the constructive way.

3. If somebody is an asshole, do not kiss ass, get over it, get some strands of their hair, and make the according voodoo doll when you get home and not a minute sooner!

4. If somebody is famous, pretend like you just found out or don't know at all (Britney who?) Hahahaha!

5. Always try to shake the girlfriend's hand first and don't look at her boobs (this is taken as "sizing up" and not "wow, those are beautiful boobies").

I had so much fun talking to my friend, J thru YM. We talked about his ex girlfried who is not yet over with him. I know this girl, but we're not close. I've talked to her last week..'twas all about her new boyfriend - imaginary, that is. LOL. I don't want to get over with complete details but she was funny. Soooo pathetic. I don't care if she reads this hhehe I know for sure she visits this page once in a while.

Therefore I conclude that being in a relationship while you're still constantly upset over your ex is a bad idea. My advice to her is to move on because J is in the process of doing so. But obviously there's enough left behind to cause them both alot of pain. And honestly, she told me, she doesn't want to move on. Waaaaahh. Pathetic.

Lemme share this to you...
From my past, my ex and I have done some stupid shit that we're not proud of. We are a huge fuck up. Because we are, but regardless. After the break up I've realized even more so that I was not ready to get into anything with someone else. I was then thinking that feelings are one thing, but taking it upon yourself to act on them is another. And so BEFORE I met Hec, I was willing to let go of my ex, to make my future work. So I'm completely happy with Hec now. You know, you can't make a good future using bad things from your past, right?

Believe me people, MOVE ON for shit's sake.

Stardust

Monday is an awesome day! Though I consider this day as an awful day of the week. I never liked Mondays hehehe! But it has been productive..somehow. Anyway, I met Hec right after their meeting from this hotel and went straight off to a coffee shop near my office for a Frappe. Oh Goddamnit, I just pondered a calorie content of that Frappe. Waaaaaahhh.

Ok kids, another movie to watch - Stardust.

Hec and I watched this movie yesterday, and we loved the story. For me, this is a classic fairytale. A fantasy. Lemme give you a quick review.

There is a young man named Tristan, (Charlie Cox) who tries to win Victoria's (Sienna Miller) heart, by going on a search to get the fallen star as a birthday present for Victoria. So... his quest takes him to a magical and mysterious but forbidden land beyond the WALLS of his village. On his adventurous voyage, Tristan finds the star, which has turned into a girl (can't recall her name but played by Claire Danes). Anyways, Tristan is not the only one looking for the star. There are also four living sons of a King (not to include the ghosts of their three dead brothers) who need the star wager for the throne. So back to Tristan, he also must conquer the evil witch (Michelle Pfeiffer), who badly needs the star for her to be young again. Tristan fights to survive them, until he meets a pirate named Captain Shakespeare (Robert De Niro) along the way..and everything has changed. So... he must win the heart of the star for him to know the meaning of true love. Awww.. sweet. The ending was magical!

I became consumed by the movie right from the beginning and with each minute passing I got more and more excited. I say the flow of the movie was purrrfect! Robert De Niro's part got me laughing, he is a gay pirate here hahaha. Also, the sword fight between Tristan and the King's son made me laugh for the rest of the movie haha. You gotta watch this!

Corniest Mood

I'm in the corniest mood because something I wanted, and thought about for a while happened. It was kind of spontanious but I liked every part of it.

Anyways, today is Sunday, and I'm gonna meet Hec! Yay. :)

It used to boggle me why 96.7% of the world songs are written on the topic of love (Okay, you got me. 32% of them are about tribal heirarchy, BUT STILL). Well, I understand now.

I say Novelty is secondary to pertinence.

But for me, metal music is best.

It's also come to my attention that romantic relationships do really come before all others and there is no reason to assume otherwise. Hmmmmmmmmmm.

New Rules

1. Please do not send naked photos of yourself, (unless I ask for it hehe) just don't. If I open one more email of some guys junk. Not only do I have to avoid some weird looks from my friends. I think I am just going to have to vomit. Lol.

2. Please stop asking me for my address and landline and mobile number. I have enough trouble keeping up with my "real life" friends on the phone, that includes texting and its just a privacy thing. Wow hehe as if I'm pop. Also, be it known that I dont ask for money. Well, I don't care if you want to send me money. However, I am fine with being a broke kid, and TSR on weekdays. So you save that money.

3. IM-ing is a privilege not a right. I use this for all my friends, family and relatives to talk to. So sometimes if I don't answer back, its cause I'm busy. And if you see me on "I'm on SMS" status and I dont reply, it is either my cellphone is off or I'm asleep. Sometimes I ran out of credits. So, it's not that I don't love you guys. I have to look online for some reason. You know try it once, if I answer back..well, there yah go. If not, try another time. Do not provoke me.

4. You think I'm ignoring you? NO. I'm not. I go to peoples blog all the time. I only stop to say Hi when I feel like I have something nice or intelligent thing to say to you.

5. I get over 10 to 15 emails a day from this site. sometimes it takes awhile to get back. But I will reply as soon as I can.

I'm not trying to be a bitch or a snob. But some people are really being a little aggressive with me.

Friday:
Halloween Party! I was in my Tinkerbell costume. But my boyfriend was kinda mad at me when he saw the pictures because the dress is is too short. He never liked the Tinky idea. What more if he attended our party.. most probably he would bitch at me. lol. Pictures will be posted soon. Hehehe.

Saturday:
We watched a movie, The Seeker: The Dark Is Rising. I don't really like this movie..it's a "ho-hum" movie for me.. but I don't know about you guys. It's quite passé though. I suggest you guys must read the books.. the movie is quite wrong hehe. It's like the entire context of the books is lost.

Sunday - my boyfriend and I spent the day malling, teasing each other, pda (public display of affection) hahaha yup, just like I would give him a kiss while we are on an escalator, sometimes I would stop walking and ask "kiss anay ah", in english, "gimme a kiss first" hahaha well I don't really care because when we are together, it's like we own the world. So we had rounds of talking, talking and talking. He told me things that I need to know, of how he was like and what he was like before. Basically, it was all about his past. I'm glad that we are open with each other. I love my guy so much! I'm not gonna change him for the world! I'm so happy I have him.

Halloween Party
