I am currently feasting on junk foods. I know that having Pepsi, Piattos and Cheezy for dinner is unhealthy. I just don't feel like staying away from the pc right at this moment, and eat my meal on the table. Because I don't want to miss every minute of work I do right at this moment. Geez, I'm thinking right now, that eating junk foods and just sitting here in front of my pc will make me really fat. Ugh, I want to exercise, but I'm lazy to do it. And yes, I know that exercise is also important for not dying at 50, hahaha! That doesn't really make me any more motivated to do at least a 20 minute walk in the morning like I used to.
Junk foods,fast foods, sodas, and a lot of sweets intake are inevitable. Why do they have to be tasty?
Do other people have more willpower than me? Are some people really that concerned with their health that they can make lifestyle changes so easily? So baffling. My vices are my life.
