Headache Due to Eye Stress

I was reading the book Memoirs of a Geisha last night when headache hit me again. It was probably because of too much reading that caused my eyes to stress. When I woke up this morning the headache was still there. I am avoiding to take pain killers..I'm afraid I will always have to depend on it. So, I think I have to wear my glasses all week. I'm also thinking of getting a new contact lenses since my other pairs are not that good anymore. But it seems like a stupid expense when I already have an eyeglasses and contact lenses. So.. scratch that. For now.
