Hairstyle Dilemma

I am debating myself whether I keep my hair long of cut it short, and put colors on it again. I have to decide which style before I hit the salon this week. I have always kept my har black for the past 3 years, or my natural color. Now, I'm just confused. Argh. Sometimes it's hard being a girl! :P
