Insomnia

I REALLY need to develop a better sleep pattern.

I told myself this morning that I was going to sleep no later than 10am (yup, I work at night and sleep at daytime)...I didn't actually listen until almost 1pm. Needless to say, I woke up maybe 3 hours after that. Ugh, I get so mad at myself...I've ALWAYS been this way for 2 months now. Hopefully tomorrow marks Day 1!

  1. How can you get quality sleep if after your work shift you don't go home directly rather than go with some of your officemate for adventure or bonding. I'm not saying not to go but you should know when your body feels tired and need some static rest. :)
