I just looked myself at the mirror and gawd... i was seeing a chubby chipmunk cheeks, and fats all over. Ugh. I have been telling myself to diet but I fail. One factor that's making me fat is my love for soda and fast food. That explains why I am gaining weight like everyday. I don't like the eay my body looks right now. I was slim before, but not skinny. What can I do? Foods are tasty! LOL.
I wanted to try eating vegetables everyday, however, some veggies just make gag. So scratch that. But I find vegetarians incredible... I don't know how they do it. They are amazing. I wish I am also a vegetarian. Ugh. I miss having a flat belly. So, I'm now going back to my diet. Less carbs, and excercise more. good luck to me!
