This is what I have been doing daily:
- Wake up every morning being grateful I am alive and set at least two-three goals I want to accomplish each day.
- Before going to bed I always think of the top three things that made me happy that day. There is always something that's making me happy, whether an SMS from bf, a movie, etc.
- I try to at least find an opportunity to help someone, like doing the household chores, doing errands (well, at least that lessens the helper's work), etc. Whatever opportunity you can find to help, do it!
- I eat healthy.
- Get a good and enough sleep.
This really works for me, so you can try too.
