Dinagyang Festival 2016

I had a fun Dinagyang weekend. Friends, booze, party!

With my bff Emily, in the streets early in the morning with our coffee, enjoying the festival. She has never experienced to be in the streets during Dinagyang like I do each year, so I dragged her along me with and I'm glad she enjoyed the experience.



And in the evening I went to see Up Dharma Down with a few friends. UDD was amazing. Been waiting to see them play.

Trip to the Laundromat

It's hard to dry the laundry during rainy season. So I made a quick trip to the nearest laundromat in our area or else I'd go naked. LOL!

Washed 14 kilos of clothes and bed linens @ Php55/kilo.

Laundry Day today or naked tomorrow. 😱😁

Cold, Rainy, Windy Friday Morning

So I woke up to this yesterday morning.



It's 5:22 AM now, and it's still raining hard. I love this kind of weather. I can just stay in all day and catch up on sleep over the weekend. :)

Saturday - Dinagyang Weekend

How was your Dinagyang Weekend? Well, if you ask me.. I had a great one! I just went out in the evening to be at Flownation Dinagyang 2014 at Flow Superclub with my girl friend, Kristiane. It has been almost 2 years that I haven't been partying/clubbing.. so I definitely had a great time. Plus, I have seen many of my friends there too.

We only stayed there for like 3 hours and went to Pietro Kaffee to meet some of my friends who happened to be in the area.

Dinagyang Fever

I was not feeling well this morning, so I guess right now it's getting worse. I'm starting to get a sore throat and a cold. Yikes! No, I can't get sick.. it's Dinagyang weekend! I gotta take my meds to make me feel better in the morning. I want to feel the Dinagyang fever, but not literally. ;)

Summing Up October and November 2012

I'm posting this in December! :D

Anyway, I have been really really busy and stressed out for the past few months of my blogging absence. The good thing now is that things are falling into place - the way I've planned it. Since my mom passed away, I haven't really organized my thoughts and get my acts together. I'm still hurt of her passing. But I'm trying to accept things along the way. :)

I'm currently in Pampanga. I have been here since October. I'll just post some pictures to depict my months of not blogging. :)

October

Hec went home (Iloilo) on October 14 for a quick break from stress at work. Pictures below.

October 22, I went to Pampanga. But before heading there, I caught up with some friends in Manila. 

October 29 - Went to Manila to meet Tita April who just came back from Thailand. 

 



November

Nothing much happened really in November. We are usually stay home and work. But we go out at least once a week to eat out or go for a stroll.

 

There's nothing much to see and do here in Pampanga. It's really different than what I am used to in Iloilo. I guess it's just a matter of getting used to. :)

Back in Iloilo

I came back home in Iloilo yesterday, since I traveled light and had no luggage, I didn't go straight home yet and catch up with friends. I had a welcome dinner with them at Stavros and some drinks at Lamesa Grill Iloilo.
