Russian Climbing - Parkour

If you haven't watched this video.. WTF! You'd bow to the amazement of "Le Parkour."

Parkour (French) a.k.a free running in English.
And in South Korea, they use the term Yamakasi, which is from Lingala language and is spoken is Congos. Ya makási can mean 'strong body, strong spirit, strong person'.
In the Philippines, we call it.. the Akyat-Bahay. Hahaha!




Trivia time:
Inventor of a discipline known as Parkour, which consists of moving quickly and efficiently in any environment, using only the abilities of the human body. Yahn and Frederic Hnautra, David Malgogne, Stephane Vigroux Kazuma, and Sébastien Foucan are some the very first traceurs (as parkour practitioners are called), who happened to be David Belle's close friends.
