Today is a special day to all the lovely mothers. My siblings and I have a surprise lunch for mom. We're all excited. :)

It's 12:05 am and i still couldn't sleep. My body aches and I couldn't position my body well in bed.

Well anyway, it's another time of the year that I don't have a date for this special day hehehe. It makes me miss my boyfriend more, and I miss going out on a date with him. Anyway, hope everyone will be having a great Valentine!

What's not to love about the world? Each day I see new artists photographers, writers, philosophers, musicians and more talented people. In every part of the world, creativity is hidden. I dream to explore it all. I have a lot to live for. One day I can only hope to be as creative, talented and extraordinary as them. Life is tough, indeed. Life's beautiful. Embrace it.

Pizza Delivery - FAIL!

I spent the Valentine's Day with my family here at home. I ordered two boxes of Shakey's Pizza for our dinner around 6pm, it got delivered around 8pm. So, I called them and complained about it. they sent us another box of pizza for free - thank you! But I am still disappointed.

Don't you hate that? When you wait forever for something and build it up in your head then you get it, pay way too much. That took two hours to get me. Then sat down, and take a big bite, and it's NOWHERE near as good as I thought it would be. I never liked Shakey's, it's actually not very good at all. I wanted to only pretend that it tastes good because I was hungry and I want to believe it was worth the time and money. Yellow Cab and Greenwich are not available for deliveries today since it's Valentine's day. Ugh.




And that was the highlight of my night.

An Ode to My Childhood

I was rummaging my stuffs in my room looking for the bone figure pen my friend gave me, when I found my old notebook that has Care Bears images on the cover. I smiled and remembered the days when my sister and I used to sit in front of our TV to watch Care Bears right after our classes in Assumption. I was 7 years old, and she was 6 years old. Those were really the days when we never worry so much about anything but TV - watching Carebears, Rainbow Brite, Flying House, My Lil Ponies, Strawberry Shortcake and a lot more! I always thought these characters that I have mentioned were alot more colorful and fun (maybe a lot like me), compared to my brother's love, like He-Man, Mask, Ninja Turtle, Transformers, and G.I Joe.

Here's an ode to my childhood, I suppose.



Those were one of the happiest times of our lives.

R.I.P, Bettie Page

I just found out moment ago, that Bettie Page passed away, at the age of 85. She is really a queen of pinup models. I knew about Bettie Page when I was already in high school, when my classmate brought with him a classic magazine which he "showed and tell" in class. That day forward, I became fascinated and interested with her. I used to have Bettie Page stickers on my wall before my parents had it renovated and repainted. My dad even has cards of Bettie Page. I'll try to look for it one of these days so that I can show it to you.

She was totally groundbreaking and her work is so inspirational to many. 50 some years ago she helped kick a wedge under the door marked "fetishy", and showed through her example there was no shame in doing so. Since then it has slowly continued to open ... can't say for certain, but believe the ratio of people seeing her photos has tilted from reacting with the screaming heebie jeebies more towards screaming orgasms, and that can't be bad. She didn't even know at the time the impact she was making on the world. She is a pioneer for so many people in so many different ways.

I'm F*cking Ben Affleck Video

It's a long day for me. I'm really tired. Anyway, I'd like to share this funny video.
I just found out that there is a response to Sarah Silverman's "I'm F*cking Matt Damon" video. hehehe.

I like this video better. It's like an all-star performance just like of the "We are the World hehehe. I laughed hard when they all started singing. It's very hilarious! You can see Jimmy and Ben giving each other pedicures hahaha.

If you haven't watched this video.. WTF! You'd bow to the amazement of "Le Parkour."

Parkour (French) a.k.a free running in English.
And in South Korea, they use the term Yamakasi, which is from Lingala language and is spoken is Congos. Ya makási can mean 'strong body, strong spirit, strong person'.
In the Philippines, we call it.. the Akyat-Bahay. Hahaha!
